Delete your Calquest account

For the Calquest app (com.calquest.app), published by ParentsConnect

Delete it yourself, in the app

  1. Open Calquest and go to Profile → Settings.
  2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm twice. The deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period.

You are signed out and returned to a new guest profile straight away. Nothing below is recoverable afterwards.

Or ask us, if you have already uninstalled

  1. Email support@playcalquest.com with the subject “Delete my Calquest account”.
  2. Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you sign in with, so we can find the right account.
  3. We reply to confirm, then delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

We may ask you to verify the address or number first. That check is there so nobody else can delete your account.

Delete some of your data without closing your account

If you want to keep playing but remove specific data — your phone number, your email address, or your public profile and leaderboard history — email support@playcalquest.com saying which, and we will remove it and leave the rest of the account intact.

What gets deleted

  • Your phone number, email address, username and password
  • Your Google account identifier, if you signed in with Google
  • Your display name, avatar, badges and public profile
  • Your game history: rounds played, answers, scores, XP, levels and streaks
  • Your per-game statistics, achievements, items, crates and coin history
  • Your friends list, in both directions
  • Your device identifier, push tokens, notifications and leaderboard entries
  • Any login code still outstanding for your number

Your phone number, email and username are released the moment the account is deleted, so you are free to start a new account with any of them.

What is kept, and why

  • Purchase records — kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years. Google Play holds its own record regardless; ours is a transaction reference, never your card details.
  • Matches and challenges you played against other people — these belong to your opponent as much as to you, so the record survives with your side of it anonymised. Nobody can tell it was you.
  • A numbered placeholder — an empty row with no name, number, address or any other detail, which exists only so the two items above keep working. It cannot be signed into, searched for, or turned back into an account.
  • Backups — deleted records persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those backups expire.

An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in the Play Store, or Google will keep billing you. See the privacy policy for what we collect in the first place.
